Review: Nourish Beauty Box

**This post is an advertorial in collaboration with Nourish Beauty Box**

April's Nourish Beauty Box is filled with spring-inspired beauty products that are packed with natural, organic, and wild-crafted goodness! As always, the line-up consists of four, full-sized products from small, super innovative brands!

The April Box is still available and retails for $45 USD. Each product within the box can also be purchased individually from NBB's online shop. Not to mention, a month-to-month subscription goes for $34.95 USD, with even greater discounts if you prepay for a 3 or 6-month subscription. There's free worldwide shipping too! Score!

The April Box has totally won my heart! It features products from Alma Botanicals, Seraphine Botanicals, Peony Cosmetics, and Nourish Beauty's very own collection!

April's Nourish Beauty Box featuring Alma Botanicals Hydrating Oil; Peony Botanicals A New Beginning - Pumpkin Pre-Cleanse Cream; Seraphine Botanicals Chia + Camellia Eyeshadow Palette; Nourish Nails - Follow your Bliss

Alma Botanicals Hydrating Oil ($35 USD)

Alma Botanicals prides themselves on being the skin solution for all modern minimalists. I'm always on the lookout for multi-tasking products that will help simplify my routine and this oil is a workhorse! It's lightweight, fast-absorbing, and leaves my skin looking radiant and renewed. This oil can also be applied all over the body, in your hair, and in the bath. Made with the finest cold-pressed or steam distilled oils, this moisturizing oil is sure to make your skin luxuriously smooth for the upcoming summer months.

Alma Botanicals Hydrating Oil

Peony Botanicals A New Beginning - Pumpkin Pre-Cleanse Cream ($36 USD)

This product is so intriguing! Designed to be used before your regular cleanser, this pumpkin-based pre-cleanse formula not only functions as an effective makeup remover, but also helps nourish lashes and hydrate the delicate eye area at the same time. It's also infused with pineapple extract and ginger root, yum! I should warn you, however, that the aroma is quite potent and may irritate you if you are sensitive to strong scents.

Peony Botanicals A New Beginning - Pumpkin Pre-Cleanse Cream

Seraphine Botanicals Chia + Camellia Eyeshadow Palette ($52 USD)

This palette is stunning!! The elegant, gold packaging is slim and compact. Combining both matte and shimmery hues, the formula of these shadows is infused with kaolin clay for long-lasting blendability, as well as Camellia and Chia seed oils to give you soft, smooth, pigmented payoff. Is there a more beautiful neutral palette? I don't think so!

Seraphine Botanicals Chia + Camellia Eyeshadow Palette

Nourish Nails - Follow your Bliss ($12.50 USD)

This water-based nail polish in the shade Follow your Bliss is a pale, pistachio hue that's perfect for spring! It's also vegan, cruelty-free, gluten-free, eco-friendly and formulated with natural ingredients.

Nourish Nails - Follow your Bliss

April's Nourish Beauty Box contained some amazing products from brands that I was super excited to test out. This box incorporated $135.50 USD worth of products, so there's no question that you get your money's worth by subscribing! The Nourish Beauty Box is such a great way to experiment with quality products that you can feel great about using.

Makeup of the Day - Featuring Brija Cosmetics

This post is an advertorial in collaboration with Brija Cosmetics*

Here is a quick makeup look featuring these amazing products from my first Brija Cosmetics haul!

From Left to Right: Produce Guy Eye Shadow; Glen Coco Blush/Bronzer; Carnelian Glitter; Chai Cupcake Bronzer; Jungle Madness Blush; Hoola Hoop Bronzer; and Foiled Hearts Organic Lipstick

I am so impressed with the quality and affordability of these goodies! I love supporting small brands that constantly strive to improve and innovate!

What's also nice about Brija is that you can choose from different sizes. If you are unsure about a certain color or if it's a super vibrant hue that you know you won't use very often, I highly recommend picking up a mini jar to test it out!

Hoola Hoop Bronzer

This bronzer is gorgeous! The temperature of its hue is balanced beautifully, so it will look natural on a variety of skin tones! I use a fluffy brush to blend this weightless powder onto my temples, around my hairline, and lightly across the bridge of my nose for a healthy glow!

Left to Right: Chai Cupcake Bronzer, Jungle Madness Blush, and Hoola Hoop Bronzer

Jungle Madness Blush

This blush is insanely pigmented and blends with such ease! It is a glamorous, cool-toned pink that really gives life to the face. I apply this blush to the apples of my cheeks using the same powder brush that I use for bronzer. Because it has a satin finish, it also gives the cheeks dimension and provides for a refreshed look.

Moonrock Highlight

This neutral highlight will be your go-to! It has just the right amount of gold and copper to reflect the light naturally without looking like a glittery mess!

Eye Shadows

Produce Guy

This matte turquoise is everything! One swipe and this gorgeous pigment glides on smoothly without any streaks. Adding a little water makes it easy to use these shadows as vibrant liners too!

Chai Cupcake Bronzer

Thank goodness there are no rules with makeup because this bronzer is a beautiful transition shade. The hue is a bit deeper than, Hoola Hoop, so it doesn't suit my fair complexion as a bronzer, but it's a great warm-toned neutral color that makes my blue eyes pop!

Carnelian Glitter

I love wearing copper shadows and this glitter is so saturated and fierce! It also stays in place surprisingly well! I used a damp shadow brush without any sort of adhesive and the fallout was super manageable.

Foiled Hearts Organic Lipstick

This luxuriously silky lipstick has the most stunning, cool-toned mauve hue! There are also silver and blue reflects that add a bit of dimension and interest to the lips. The formulation is unique and quite hydrating, but I find that the wear time is average. It can also look patchy if you don't blend it well, so I like to apply it straight from the tube and then pat it in with my finger before I run out the door!

I also received the Glen Coco Blush/Bronzer. It's a little too warm-toned for my face, but it blends effortlessly and I think that it will become a staple eye shadow for me this summer!

What are you favorites from Brija?

5 Product Face in 5 Minutes: April 2017 Edition

This month's 5 Product Face in 5 Minutes is all about spring colors! I've incorporated a flirty, coral-pink blush and beautiful, navy blue eyeliner. You'll also notice that I've used Hynt Beauty's DUET Perfecting Concealer as my foundation. I know it seems crazy to use such a thick, full coverage concealer all over your face, but trust me, it works! The key is to moisturize thoroughly before using your favorite buffing brush to blend the tiniest amount of concealer into your skin. The finish that I get whenever I employ this technique is absolutely flawless! You'll love it!

5 Product Face in 5 Minutes featuring Hynt Beauty's DUET Perfecting Concealer; RMS Beauty Lip2Cheek in Smile; Rituel de Fille Rare Light Luminizer in Ghost Light; Ilia Beauty Pure Eyeliner in Nightclubbing; and Hynt Beauty NOCTURNE Mascara.

This concealer is the star of the show! It has a thick, melty marshmallow-like texture, but can easily be thinned out with a bit of moisturizer, making it versatile as a foundation with customizable coverage. Once I've finished buffing this product all over my face, I follow up with a dense concealer brush to erase my dark circles and conceal any blemishes.

Hynt Beauty DUET Perfecting Concealer in Fair

RMS Beauty Lip2Cheek in Smile

Unlike products that are marketed for both the lips and cheeks, but really only look good on one or the other, Lip2Cheeks are seriously stunning as lipsticks and blushes! Smile is a beautiful, coral-pink that gives the cheeks a vibrant flush of color and the lips a soft, rosy hue. Because they aren't cakey or drying, Lip2Cheeks melt into the skin flawlessly and blend with ease!

(30 seconds)

RMS Beauty Lip2Cheek in Smile

This opalescent highlighter consists of a cool-toned, pastel pink base with a violet-blue shift. It has a velvety texture and blends into the skin with minimal effort. The true beauty of this product is somewhat lost once applied because the opalescence only comes through when the light hits you just right, but when it does . . . amazingness!

(30 seconds)

Rituel de Fille Rare Light Luminizer in Ghost Light

Ilia Beauty Pure Eyeliner in Nightclubbing

With bold, lasting color this pencil adds just the right amount of blue to make your look striking, yet still elegant and understated. This liner glides on easily and the consistency is quite smooth. I like adding this color to my waterline for a hint of color with plenty of impact!

(1 minute)

Ilia Beauty Pure Eyeliner in Nightclubbing

You all know that I adore Lily Lolo's Mascara, but Hynt's offering is a close second! Check out that bristle brush!! I coat my top and bottom lashes with a generous amount of this mascara as the last step in my routine before running out of the door. Not only does this thickening formula add lots of volume to my stubby lashes, but is has also improved their overall condition.

That's it! Natural beauty enhanced with natural products in no time!

Review: Rituel de Fille

One look at Rituel de Fille's provocative ads and you will instantly be intrigued by this unique brand. Focused on amplifying the magic of natural ingredients and glorifying the power of pigment, Rituel de Fille was founded by three incredibly artistic sisters. The brand's products are 100% cruelty free, 99% natural, and are produced in-house using as few ingredients as possible.

Review of Rituel de Fille's Ash and Ember Eye Soot in Sigil; Enchanted Lip Sheer in Whitehorn; Forbidden Lipstick in Prey; Inner Glow Cream Blush in Lovesick; and Rare Light Luminizer in Ghost Light.

Each blush, highlighter, and lip product is contained in chic, black packaging that is studded with silver stars, while the eye shadows come in stunning, clear, hexagonal plastic containers. The beauty doesn't end there! You will be amazed by the sweet aroma of lavender and other earthy notes that hit your nose when you use a product from Rituel de Fille. It's this attention to detail that is a sign of the brand's quality and dedication to keeping things natural, captivating, and extraordinarily whimsical.

Review of Rituel de Fille's Ash and Ember Eye Soot in Sigil; Enchanted Lip Sheer in Whitehorn; Forbidden Lipstick in Prey; Inner Glow Cream Blush in Lovesick; and Rare Light Luminizer in Ghost Light.

Ash and Ember Eye Soot in Sigil ($38 USD)

Sigil is a warm, champagne gold with a hint of pale pink. It's a very neutral hue that will suit a variety of skin tones and provide that beautiful, candlelit glow to any eye look. The texture of Rituel de Fille's Eye Soots is unlike anything I've tried before and the pigmentation is AMAZING!! Because they are made with pure pigments and oils, they are very comfortable to wear and dry to a powdery, yet slightly dewy finish. In my opinion, the texture of these shadows is such that that they are best applied with a synthetic brush. I attempted applying Sigil with my fingers and it came out uneven and splotchy. Not to mention, the opening of the Eye Soot jars is very small, so it's difficult to dip your fingers in there. While it can be used as a shadow or liner, I prefer Sigil as an inner corner highlight or smudged along the lower lash line.

Rituel de Fille Ash and Ember Eye Soot in Sigil

Enchanted Lip Sheer in Whitehorn ($21 USD)

Rituel de Fille's Lip Sheers are like ultra pigmented balms. They feel a bit dry when you first apply them, but they soften nicely with the warmth of your lips. Whitehorn is a classic, peachy-pink. It's definitely not as opaque as Rituel's Forbidden Lipsticks, but the color can be built up with ease. Although quite moisturizing, it is important to exfoliate your lips before applying this product because it will definitely cling to any dry patches that you may have.

Rituel de Fille Enchanted Lip Sheer in Whitehorn

Wearing Rituel de Fille's Whitehorn on my lips and Lovesick on my cheeks

Forbidden Lipstick in Prey ($23 USD)

Prey is such a striking color! It's a purpleish, grey that reads as an edgy, cool-toned, nude on the lips. Described as a crème matte, the pigmentation and staying power of this lipstick is insane! The texture is quite velvety on the lips, making it comfortable to wear for an extended period of time. I have to note, however, that I found this product quite hard to apply. Because it can move around within the tube a bit, it's easier to use a lip brush to achieve an even application and a nice, crisp line along the lips.

Rituel de Fille Forbidden Lipstick in Prey

Inner Glow Cream Blush in Lovesick ($24 USD)

Lovesick is a beautiful, rose hue with a satiny finish. Much like Prey, the pigmentation and staying power of this blush are on point! A little goes a long way with this stuff! It's definitely not as buttery as my coveted Kjaer Weis Cream Blushes (check out my review here), but it's emollient enough to melt into the skin with the warmth of the cheeks. Whether you apply it with a brush or your fingers, it blends beautifully and provides a natural flush of color.

Rare Light Luminizer in Ghost Light ($29 USD)

Oh my goodness, this highlighter is gorgeous! It's an opalescent shade with a cool-toned, pale pink base and a shift of violet-blue. The consistency of this luminizer is comparable to Lovesick; it has a velvety texture and blends into the skin with minimal effort. The true beauty of this product is somewhat lost once applied because the opalescence only comes through when the light hits you just right. While it is difficult to see on my incredibly fair skin, it highlights nicely with a subtle pinkish, lilac undertone. If you have a deeper skin tone, I think that you will have better luck amplifying the shifting hues of this stunning luminizer!

Wrap-Up

What do you think? As you can see, the quality and pigmentation of Rituel de Fille's products is exceptional! My only complaints are the movement that you get from the lipstick tubes and the steep price of the Eye Soots. Other than that, I'm smitten! I can't wait to see what this super innovative brand comes up with next!

Some exciting things are happening for Parlo Cosmetics, so here's a sneak peak of what's to come!

Parlo Cosmetics

First off, a bunch of products are getting beautiful, new packaging. The Tinted Lip Balms are being transitioned from oval lip balm tubes to slim, twist-up tubes. I love the new modern look!

Parlo Cosmetics Tinted Lip Balm in Strut

Master Fix, Parlo's full-coverage concealer, is also being updated to these convenient, twist-up tubes.

Parlo Cosmetics Master Fix in Bare Ivory

Parlo's Lip Polishes are getting a makeover too! The old squeeze tubes will all be replaced with traditional gloss tubes that include a doe foot applicator.

Parlo Cosmetics Lip Polish in Glow

You'll notice some label changes on all of your favorite products as well! The original, formal logo is being updated to an edgier, more artistic style!

As a side note, if you haven't tried any of Parlo's 5-free nail polishes, you are seriously missing out! The colors are beautifully saturated and they glide on so easily! This gorgeous purple polish is called Chosen One :)

The Mover's Makeup Bag

If you follow me on Instagram, you know that my husband and I recently moved. Geoff's parents graciously took us in while we anxiously await for construction to finish on our first house! During this transitional period, I've packed up the majority of my makeup arsenal and limited myself to one small cosmetic bag of essentials. You know what that means . . . if a product made it into that bag, it's exceptional!

Hynt Beauty DUET Perfecting Concealer in Fair; Hurraw! Moon Balm; Ilia Beauty Lip Conditioner in Blossom Lady; Kjaer Weis Cream Foundation in Lightness; Lily Lolo Vegan Mascara; Parlo Cosmetics Natural Mineral Blush in Pretty, Pretty Princess; Rituel de Fille Ash and Ember Eye Soot in Sigil; Rituel de Fille Inner Glow Cream Blush in Lovesick; RMS Beauty Buriti Bronzer; and RMS Beauty Magic Luminizer

Hynt Beauty DUET Perfecting Concealer in Fair

You only need a very small amount of this concealer because it covers everything and blends incredibly well! It has a thick, melted marshmallow-like texture, but can easily be thinned out with a bit of moisturizer when I'm after less coverage.

Hurraw! Moon Balm

You can't go wrong with Hurraw! lip balms! This one is packed with luscious oils and blue chamomile to keep your lips hydrated all night long. It also has a soothing scent of vanilla and Peru balsam.

Hurraw! Moon Balm

Ilia Beauty Lip Conditioner in Blossom Lady

This is the most effortless, muted pink! It's perfect for everyday use, and its lipstick/balm hybrid formulation makes it super comfortable to wear throughout the day.

Kjaer Weis Cream Foundation in Lightness

I mention this foundation all of the time because I love the airbrushed look that it gives my skin! I also find that it looks the same when I'm about to take it off as it did when I first put it on. It took my a little time to find the best application method, but a buffing brush over freshly moisturized skin works wonders for me! Check out my full review of this foundation here.

Lily Lolo Vegan Mascara

This is another product that I talk about all of the time because it performs so well for me. The rich formulation coats my lashes beautifully and never makes them look clumpy or spidery.

Parlo Cosmetics Natural Mineral Blush in Pretty, Pretty Princess

The pigmentation of Parlo's products is amazing! This flirty pink mimics my natural flush and its flattering sparkle eliminates the need for a highlighter.

Don't forget that code blushingbme saves you 20% sitewide at Parlo Cosmetics :)

Rituel de Fille Ash and Ember Eye Soot in Sigil

I'm still testing out this shadow, but I'm in love with the color! It's a rose, champagne color that can be used all over the lids or just as a highlight. The texture is unique and I'm definitely not used to it yet. It's between a powder and a cream, and seems to blend best once it has warmed up a tad.

Rituel de Fille Ash and Ember Eye Soot in Sigil

Rituel de Fille Inner Glow Cream Blush in Lovesick

The verdict is still out for me on this blush, but the color is perfection! It's an especially flattering dusty pink that will compliment so many skin tones! I also find that this blush is very easy to blend. I have a full post dedicated to Rituel de Fille coming soon!

Rituel de Fille Inner Glow Cream Blush in Lovesick

RMS Beauty Buriti Bronzer

This bronzer creates such a lovely, sun-kissed glow! There is a subtle, golden shimmer that provides a gorgeous warm, radiance that is perfect all year round!

RMS Beauty Magic Luminizer

I have completely fallen for this champagne-toned highlighter! It has a luxurious, satiny texture and melts into the skin with such ease. It provides just the right amount of iridescence for stunning, glowy skin that looks naturally radiant and never overdone. Check out my full review of this product here.

Get the Look: Super Simple Valentine's Day Makeup

I reviewed Vapour Organic Beauty's Aura Multi Use Classic in Artemis back in May of 2016 (check out my post here) and it's a product that I always go back to. I am seriously infatuated with its cool-toned berry pink hue! The color is so complementary that it enlivens the cheeks with a natural glow and looks equally stunning on the eyes and lips! In fact, if you are interested in no fuss makeup for Valentine's Day, Artemis will elevate your look and make your life super simple!

Here's how to get the look:

Valentine's Day Makeup

To find out how I prepped my skin, check out my current morning skincare routine.

Foundation

Kjaer Weis Cream Foundation in Lightness

This is one of my favorite foundations of all time! It has a satin finish that gives my skin an airbrushed look and just the right amount of coverage. It also wears beautifully on my super dry skin! I like to use either a damp sponge or a buffing brush to blend a small amount over my entire face.

Concealer

Hynt Beauty Duet Perfecting Concealer in Fair

I used a small buffing brush to apply this thick, marshmallow-like cream underneath my eyes and on the areas in need of some additional coverage. This concealer is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! You only need a very small amount because it covers everything and blends like silk!

Bronzer

RMS Beauty Buriti Bronzer

I blended this cream onto my temples, around my hairline, and lightly across the bridge of my nose with a soft stippling brush. I also lightly contoured underneath my cheekbones.

Super Simple Valentine's Day Makeup

Highlighter

RMS Beauty Magic Luminizer

This luminizer is gorgeous! It adds a natural, champagne-toned radiance to the skin for that perfect lit-from-within glow. I used a dense face brush to apply this cream to the tops of my cheekbones and down the center of my nose.

Blush

Vapour Organic Beauty Aura Multi Use Classic in Artemis

I used my fingers to blend this multi-tasking cream onto the apples of my cheeks for a romantic flush of color.

Eye Shadow Primer

Alima Pure Eye Primer

In addition to preparing the skin for eye makeup, this base nourishes the delicate skin in the eye area thanks to wonderful natural ingredients like olive-derived squalane, shea butter, and clary sage water. I used my fingers to dab a small amount of primer onto my lids before moving to shadow.

Parlo Cosmetics Natural Mineral Eye Shadow in Just Cause

Alima Pure Pressed Eyeshadow in Zephyr

First, I applied Artemis over of my lids using my finger. I then went back in with a small blending brush to add Just Cause to the outer third of each of my eyes. I grabbed a fluffy brush to then blend this rich brown hue through the crease of each eye. I also used a pencil brush to diffuse a small amount of Just Cause along my lower lash line. Finally, I used a small shadow brush to add Zephyr to the inner corner of each of my eyes to brighten things up a bit!

Don't forget that code blushingbme saves you 20% sitewide at Parlo Cosmetics :)

Mascara

Lily Lolo Vegan Mascara

Mascara is a very personal thing. I know that some people absolutely despise this mascara, but I love it so much! No other product makes my lashes look as full and thick as this mascara! It's just the thing for flirty, Valentine's Day lashes, especially when you are as falsie challenged as I am! Haha!

Lip Color

RMS Beauty Magic Luminizer

Vapour Organic Beauty Aura Multi Use Classic in Artemis

I applied Artemis all over my lips and then topped them off with Magic Luminizer. To create a soft ombre effect, I tried to focus a fair amount of luminizer at the center of my lips.

Four Products That You Should Limit in Your Makeup Collection

It's easy to go overboard with gorgeous green beauty products! You can never have too many pink lipsticks, right? Unfortunately, that's not always the case. It's important to be mindful of expiration dates, not only for hygiene's sake, but also so that you're not purchasing in excess of what you'll actually use.

In general, it's wise to use green beauty products within a year. However, there are certain products that really should be used up in just a few months. In an effort to promote a more sustainable lifestyle, I thought I'd go over the four products that you should limit in your makeup collection...

Four Products That You Should Limit in Your Makeup Collection

Foundations

I don't know about you, but it takes me forever to finish a foundation or BB Cream! Depending on the formulation, most foundations are good for about 6-12 months. Theoretically, that means that you probably shouldn't be hoarding more than one or two at a time because they just won't last. When it comes to foundation, I think it's important to pick up a few samples before committing to anything full-sized. You just never know how your skin is going to react to a new product, especially throughout different seasons, so I highly recommend checking out The Detox Market, Integrity Botanicals, or Safe & Chic for trial sizes to put to the test. If I had to pick one foundation formula to own for the rest of my life, it would be the Jane Iredale's Glow Time Full Coverage Mineral BB Cream, followed closely by Kjaer Weis's Cream Foundation.

Lip Glosses

I know, sacrilege! How could I ever suggest that you don't need a lip gloss to match every color in the universe?? Well, we all know what it's like when a lip gloss goes bad. It gets that gloopy, slimy texture and a horrible, sour smell! It's no surprise that gloss is a bacteria breeding ground since you dip that applicator into the tube over and over again. Bleh! In general, lip glosses last for about a year before they start to get funky. Downsizing to strictly my favorite red, pink, peach, nude, and berry glosses has really helped me optimize my collection. I adore Vapour Beauty's lip gloss formulation, but 100% Pure and Ilia Beauty also make some beautiful options.

Lip glosses from Ilia Beauty, Modern Minerals, W3ll People, and Vapour Beauty

Eyeliners

No one wants an eye infection! Liners generally last for 6-12 months if they're properly cared for. Because I often use eye shadow or mascara as liner, I really never purchase eye liner pencils. I also find that the colors don't vary much from brand-to-brand, so multiples blacks, browns, blues, etc., aren't necessary to create stunning, unique looks. I really like the pigmented, super creamy liners from Alima Pure and W3ll People

Mascaras

I only open one tube of mascara at a time because they only last for about 3 months. In fact, even with everyday use, I'm rarely able to finish an entire tube of mascara before it's time to part ways. With that in mind, I actually find it beneficial to purchase travel-sized tubes of mascara. Not only do they cost less, but they last just the right amount of time. You all know that I am obsessed with Lily Lolo's Mascara, but W3ll People's Expressionist Mascara is also fabulous!

---

I hope this helps and remember to keep in mind that natural beauty products usually have shorter shelf lives because they don't contain any nasty preservatives!

Holiday Party Makeup Essentials

If you enjoy getting dolled up for the holidays, you will be amazed by how many luxurious, green beauty products there are to choose from! You can create a stunning, ultra glamorous look with cosmetics made from nourishing ingredients that you will feel good about using all year round!

Here are my holiday party makeup essentials:

Holiday Makeup Essentials

Alima Pure Pressed Eyeshadow in Zephyr

These pressed eyeshadows are gorgeous! Packaged in sleek, refillable compacts, these creamy powders glide on smoothly and blend with ease. The pigmentation is rich and bold, yet these shadows feel weightless on the skin and last for hours without creasing. Zephyr is a shimmering pearl hue that highlights the eyes beautifully!

Alima Pure Pressed Eyeshadow in Zephyr and Eye Primer

Ilia Beauty Tinted Lip Conditioner in Pink Moon

If you read my post on berry lips, you know that Ilia Beauty's Tinted Lip Conditioner in Pink Moon is amazing! I love reaching for this intense berry shade during the holiday season because it is a glamorous twist on the classic red lip. It has a silky-smooth texture; gives the lips a lovely, soft sheen; and its sheer formulation is super comfortable to wear.

Ilia Beauty Tinted Lip Conditioner in Pink Moon

Ilia Beauty Vivid Concealer

I am always on the hunt for the perfect concealer and I really like this botanical-packed offering from Ilia. Don't be fooled by the thin texture of this concealer. It offers some serious coverage and because it dries so quickly, it is easy to build coverage to your liking. I also find that it stays in place throughout the day without any creasing or creping. The color range includes six shades and Cassava C1 blends beautifully with my fair skin.

Ilia Beauty Vivid Concealer

Jane Iredale Glow Time Full Coverage Mineral BB Cream

The coverage that you get from this BB Cream is amazing and it builds so flawlessly! It also has a natural finish that gives the skin a beautifully airbrushed look! I like to apply a very thin layer all over my face using a buffing brush or my fingertips. I wear the shade BB3 and it matches my fair, cool-toned skin perfectly!

Jane Iredale Glow Time Full Coverage Mineral BB Cream

Kjaer Weis Cream Blush in Blossoming

As much as I love the Cream Foundation from Kjaer Weis, I may love the Cream Blushes even more! Blossoming is the most breathtaking, rosy pink! Not only is the texture of this blush as lush as silk, but it also provides the most gorgeous, fresh glow.

Kjaer Weis Cream Blush in Blossoming

Lily Lolo Mascara

No falsies are required when you wear this mascara! The bristle brush and thickening formula add lots of volume to my stubby lashes! I coat my top and bottom lashes with a generous amount of this mascara and I'm good to go!

Lily Lolo Mascara

Parlo Cosmetics Set on Smooth / Aloe Setting Powder

Formulated with Aloe to soothe the skin while keeping your makeup in place, this superfine powder provides a lovely, soft-focus effect. My dry skin calls for the satin version, but the matte version of this powder was specifically designed to fight off excess oil.

RMS Beauty Magic Luminizer

This luminizer is gorgeous! If you previously tried Living Luminizer and found that it didn't quite suit the warmer undertones of your skin, you are going to adore this new, champagne-toned option! Like all of RMS's products, Magic Luminizer has a luxurious, satiny texture and melts easily into the skin. Its neutral shimmer provides a sophisticated iridescence that looks stunning on the cheekbones without being too glittery or overdone. It's highlight perfection!

RMS Beauty Magic Luminizer

Sheer Miracle Mineral Eye Shadow in Goddess

This shadow is a rich brown with a hint of plum that is absolutely prefect for the holidays! Not to mention, the pigmentation is on point! A little primer (check out my review of Alima Pure's new Eye Primer here) or even just some water and the vibrancy of this shadow comes to life! It is also very easy to blend!

Sheer Miracle Mineral Eye Shadow in Goddess

Vapour Organic Beauty Stratus Soft Focus Skin Perfecting Primer

This primer is amazing! I use my fingers to apply shade 904 all over my face to balance out any sallowness and create a beautiful radiance. Seriously, the glow from this stuff is insane!

Vapour Organic Beauty Solar Translucent Bronzer in Simmer

This rich, shimmering bronzer gives my pale skin a stunning, sun-kissed glow! I use my fingers to blend this cream on my temples, around my hairline, and lightly across the bridge of my nose. I also enjoy subtly contouring with this bronzer to accentuate my cheekbones.

W3ll People Hypnotist Eyepencil in Brown

This liner is the perfect, deep brown and glides on flawlessly without tugging or skipping. I like to smudge this liner along the outer corners of my eyes to add subtle definition and make my lashes look a bit fuller.
